Job Requirements

  • Minimum of three years’ management experience
  • Food and beverage industry knowledge
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds safely
  • Effective communication skills including reading and writing
  • Dexterity with hands and fingers for operating equipment
  • Availability for a 45-hour workweek including overtime hours
  • Commitment to ethical business practices and company core values
  • Must have a "run it like you own it" mentality

Job Qualifications

  • At least three years of food and beverage management experience
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in scheduling, labor cost control, and inventory management
  • Ability to drive sales and profitability through data analysis
  • Excellent communication and coaching abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
  • Familiarity with bakery and cafe operations
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality or Restaurant Management preferred
  • Food management certifications a plus
  • Proven track record of stable employment

Job Duties

  • Leading and supervising cafe staff to ensure excellent customer service
  • Managing daily operations including scheduling, ordering, and labor management
  • Analyzing sales and profitability metrics to create and implement sustainable business plans
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to develop skills and improve performance
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and facility management
  • Handling customer interactions including greeting and table visits to ensure satisfaction
  • Overseeing bakery-cafe operations, staff recruitment, and training to meet required standards
