Job Requirements
- Minimum of three years’ management experience
- Food and beverage industry knowledge
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- Effective communication skills including reading and writing
- Dexterity with hands and fingers for operating equipment
- Availability for a 45-hour workweek including overtime hours
- Commitment to ethical business practices and company core values
- Must have a "run it like you own it" mentality
Job Qualifications
- At least three years of food and beverage management experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Experience in scheduling, labor cost control, and inventory management
- Ability to drive sales and profitability through data analysis
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Familiarity with bakery and cafe operations
- Degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality or Restaurant Management preferred
- Food management certifications a plus
- Proven track record of stable employment
Job Duties
- Leading and supervising cafe staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Managing daily operations including scheduling, ordering, and labor management
- Analyzing sales and profitability metrics to create and implement sustainable business plans
- Coaching and mentoring team members to develop skills and improve performance
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and facility management
- Handling customer interactions including greeting and table visits to ensure satisfaction
- Overseeing bakery-cafe operations, staff recruitment, and training to meet required standards
