Job Description

Flynn Group, a leading franchise operator globally, entered the Panera Bread system in 2015 with the acquisition of 47 cafes. Since then, Flynn Panera has more than tripled in size to become the second largest Panera franchisee in the world and continues to grow through new store development and acquisition of additional franchise operators. Flynn Panera operates within a decentralized business model, which empowers local leadership teams to efficiently manage operations. Each geographic area is led by a Market Leader, supported by Area Directors who oversee multiple units. General Managers lead individual cafes with key support from Assistant Managers and Team Managers, forming a robust and experienced management team. With over 190 years of combined restaurant industry experience and 60 years with Flynn Group, our leadership remains committed to quality and growth.

Flynn Group, founded in 1999 by Greg Flynn, has become the largest franchise operator worldwide across multiple iconic brands including Panera Bread, Applebee's, Arby's, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Wendy's, and Planet Fitness. Our mission is to be the premier operator within each brand by living our core values: Care Genuinely for People, Play like a Champion, and Win as One.

Our Panera Bread cafes offer an upscale, friendly environment with a fresh, artisan menu featuring baked breads, pastries, made-to-order soups, salads, sandwiches, and specialty espresso beverages. Known for having no fryers and no late-night hours, our cafes promote a healthy, grease and alcohol-free workplace. This makes our spots ideal for morning-oriented professionals passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading teams in a dynamic, yet respectful environment.

As a Manager at Flynn Panera, you will lead a team of up to 75 associates to provide outstanding service and operational excellence. Your role will involve inspiring others, coaching, counseling, maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards, overseeing budgeting and labor management, and building a profitable business. You will serve as a central communication link between associates and senior management, retaining and developing team members, and creating a positive work culture rooted in our values.

Flynn Panera seeks experienced restaurant professionals with stable employment histories, high attention to detail, and exceptional interpersonal skills. This opportunity comes with competitive pay ranging from $50,000 to $59,000 annually, with full-time and part-time employment options. You will engage in a fast-paced, reward-driven environment focusing on strategic business planning, daily operations management, and team leadership. We offer a supportive environment where you can grow professionally within a rapidly expanding concept that values integrity, community, and genuine care for people.
