Headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, P&G operates in a dynamic and highly competitive industry, emphasizing excellence, sustainability, and consumer satisfaction. The company fosters a vibrant culture that champions diversity, inclusion, and professional growth, making it a sought-after employer for talented professionals across the globe. With a commitment to delivering superior products and solutions, P&G has established itself as a pioneer in various markets, including personal care, health, and household cleaning. One of its key divisions, P&G Professional, focuses on providing effective commercial cleaning solutions that help businesses maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

The role of the P&G Professional Communications and Industry Advocacy Director is a critical leadership position within P&G Professional. This full-time position is based in Cincinnati General Offices and offers a competitive salary range from $144,000 to $219,000 per year. The Director will drive P&G Professional's strategic communications, industry relations, and advocacy efforts to reinforce the brand as the leading force in the professional cleaning sector. This role is designed for an experienced leader who can cultivate influential networks across trade associations, regulatory agencies, and opinion leaders, ensuring the company’s voice is authoritative and prominently positioned within the industry.

In this role, the Director will architect and execute an integrated communications platform that resonates both internally and externally, enhancing brand equity and positioning P&G executives as thought leaders in the cleaning industry. They will serve as a strategic partner to various organizational functions, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging at major industry events, customer engagements, and digital platforms. A significant responsibility will be to transform P&G Professional’s presence at key trade shows and conferences into dynamic venues for relationship building, lead generation, and market differentiation.

The Director will also oversee the company’s media and digital ecosystem, driving proactive earned media efforts to secure impactful coverage and managing growth strategies across social media channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Another crucial aspect of the role involves establishing strategic partnerships that yield tangible business outcomes—such as preferred supplier status and influence on industry standards and pilot programs. Success in this role will be measured by increased share of voice, positive brand sentiment, and elevated recognition of P&G leadership as industry experts.

Relocation to Cincinnati, Ohio is required for this position, and immigration sponsorship is not available. The company offers a comprehensive total rewards package, which includes salary, bonuses, and benefits, reflecting P&G’s dedication to attracting and retaining top talent.
