Job Duties
- Welcome and warmly greet guests on arrival
- take reservations and manage the efficient and timely seating of guests
- understand and communicate food and beverage selections
- maintain a professional appearance and clean work environment
- monitor dining room flow and timing
- plan room set-up based on member and guest needs
- manage reservations including special events and banquets
- seat guests according to preferences and server availability
- assist in food and beverage service as needed
- inspect menus, highchairs, and table settings for cleanliness
- relay messages between staff and management
- provide estimated waiting times courteously
- thank guests and invite them to return
- attend pre-service training and adhere to uniform and grooming policies
- perform other assigned duties by management
