The hospitality team works collaboratively to create memorable dining experiences, emphasizing professionalism, efficiency, and teamwork throughout every service period.

The Server Assistant plays a critical support role within this dynamic environment, directly contributing to the smooth execution of food service between the kitchen and dining room. Acting as an essential liaison, the Server Assistant ensures that dishes are delivered promptly, correctly, and in a professional manner. This role involves verifying the accuracy and presentation of plates before service, coordinating closely with the kitchen staff, expeditors, and servers to manage the pacing of courses and meet guest expectations. This support helps maintain the flow of service, reduces errors, and enhances overall customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates for this entry-level position will have some experience in restaurant settings and show the ability to thrive in fast-paced, demanding environments. Attention to detail, a strong sense of urgency, and effective communication skills are paramount. The role requires physical stamina to lift and transport heavy trays and carts while navigating crowded dining areas with poise and professionalism. Beyond operational duties, the Server Assistant position also fosters career development by providing foundational skills and experience for advancement into roles such as Captain Assistant or other front-of-house positions.

The Server Assistant not only supports the team but also engages occasionally with guests, representing the establishment’s commitment to outstanding hospitality.
