The Painter is expected to perform inspections, maintain and repair painted surfaces, including touch-ups and minor fixes, contributing to the overall upkeep of the campus.
Additional responsibilities involve maintaining painting supplies and work areas, supporting campus beautification projects, assisting with special maintenance initiatives, and collaborating with other Facilities trades on general maintenance tasks as needed. The position offers an hourly pay range of $19.00 to $20.00, depending on the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and applicable regulations. Embry-Riddle provides competitive benefits such as generous paid leave, tuition coverage, retirement plan contributions, personal leave, and paid holidays, emphasizing its dedication to employee welfare and development.
