Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in auto body or painting preferred
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including sanding and masking
  • Familiarity with automotive paint products and tools
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good hand-eye coordination
  • Availability to work full time

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in auto body refinishing preferred
  • Knowledge of paint mixing and application techniques
  • Ability to use sanding and masking equipment effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of automotive repair and substrate identification

Job Duties

  • Surface preparation for vehicle refinishing
  • Vehicle masking and priming
  • Applying primers, sealers, basecoats, color coats, and clear coats
  • Completing restoration of anti-corrosion treatments
  • Identifying substrates and mixing products
  • Evaluating bodywork to ensure a quality paint job
  • Adhering to insurance guidelines and collision repair standards
