This particular role is for an Auto Body Refinish Prepper, a vital position within the team, responsible for preparing vehicles for the refinishing process. This role demands strong technical skills in surface preparation, including sanding, masking, priming, and applying coating materials such as primers, basecoats, and clear coats. The Auto Body Refinish Prepper ensures every vehicle is treated to meet or exceed insurance and industry standards, restoring it to its pre-accident condition with precision and care. The role offers a flat rate compensation model ranging from $16 to $22 or more per hour, which is performance-based and tied directly to booked hours, with a minimum wage guarantee to maintain fairness.

- Previous experience in auto body refinishing or related field
