The Auto Body Refinish Prepper ensures every vehicle is treated to meet or exceed insurance and industry standards, restoring it to its pre-accident condition with precision and care. The role offers a flat rate compensation model ranging from $16 to $22 or more per hour, which is performance-based and tied directly to booked hours, with a minimum wage guarantee to maintain fairness.
