Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Part-time availability averaging 15-25 hours per week
- Ability to work varied hours including evenings and weekends
- Regular evening and weekend availability
- Vibrant personality with engaging atmosphere skills
- Reliable transportation with willingness to travel up to 20 percent weekly
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Agility and stamina to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Comfortable working with music and large groups
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of hands-on painting experience, acrylic painting preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant art field preferred
- Prior experience in customer-focused environments
- Prior group art teaching experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Artistic proficiency and teaching skill
- Understanding of Muse Paintbar's market products and services
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in session-related technology
- Ability to obtain Alcohol Safety/TIPS and ServSafe certifications
Job Duties
- Prepare Muse Paintbar's signature paintings according to guidelines
- Utilize provided templates to break down paintings for instruction
- Lead painting sessions with step-by-step guidance engaging customers
- Prepare session materials including attendee lists and paint palettes
- Greet and seat customers providing aprons
- Direct customers to food and beverage options and attend to their needs
- Engage with guests providing support and encouraging creativity
- Take photos during sessions for social media
- Assist with session cleanup and maintenance
