Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of painting experience
- Must be 21 years or older
- Part-time availability, averaging 15-25 hours per week
- Ability to work varied hours including evenings and weekends
- Regular weekend availability
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, reach, and move frequently
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel up to 20% weekly
- Flexible availability

- Artistic proficiency in acrylics
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on painting experience
- Skilled in acrylic painting
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant art field preferred
- Prior experience in a customer-focused environment
- Experience in group art teaching preferred
- Certification in Alcohol Safety/TIPS and ServSafe provided if needed
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service excellence
- Tech-savvy
- Understanding of Muse Paintbar’s products and market
Job Duties
- Prepare Muse Paintbar's signature paintings according to guidelines
- Utilize provided templates to break down paintings for instruction
- Lead painting sessions with step-by-step guidance
- Prepare attendee lists and organize seating arrangements
- Greet customers and provide aprons
- Manage food and beverage orders during sessions
- Engage with guests for support and encouragement
- Take photos during sessions for social media
- Assist in session cleanup and setup for future events
