Chef Chang's extensive experience, including training at O Ya, Le Cordon Bleu Paris, Spain's three-star Michelin Restaurante Martin Berasategui, Guchi's Midnight Ramen, and Harvard's Science & Cooking course, inspires this unique fusion.

As a dining destination, PAGU has received numerous accolades such as the Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2025, Top 50 Restaurants 2025 by Boston Magazine, Best New Restaurants 2018 by Boston Magazine, Best Ramen 2017 by Boston Magazine, Rising Star Chefs 2017 by Improper Bostonian, Chef of the Year 2017 by Boston Globe, Best Restaurants Cambridge 2017 by Zagat, Best New Restaurants 2017 by Thrillist, and Best Restaurants in Boston 2018 by Thrillist. These awards highlight PAGU's commitment to excellence in food quality, creativity, and guest experience.

The restaurant embodies a culture of hard work, loyalty, attention to detail, and teamwork among its staff members who are dedicated to serving the community with empathy and passion. PAGU is deeply invested in fostering a family-like environment for its employees, emphasizing shared values such as education, leadership, teamwork, empathy, and a dedication to service.

PAGU promotes a safe and healthy workplace by prioritizing public health and the welfare of its employees. All employees are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, and safety measures include temperature checks and mask-wearing when not eating or drinking.

The Server role at PAGU is critical to maintaining the high standards of guest service the restaurant is known for. Servers are responsible for the daily execution of service with a strong focus on professionalism, attentiveness, and delivering an exceptional dining experience. Prior service experience is preferred to ensure a smooth and knowledgeable interaction with guests. The position offers a competitive salary, health insurance, and opportunities for career growth within the company, making it an attractive role for individuals passionate about hospitality and culinary arts.

Located at 310 Massachusetts Avenue in Cambridge, PAGU is conveniently accessible by public transportation including Central Square and Kendall Square T stops, as well as bus routes 1, 47, 77, 83, and 91.
