Job Requirements

- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Ability to read and use tape measure and weigh scale
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with quality inspection or manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to read and interpret work orders
- Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices
- Proficiency in using tape measures and weigh scales
- Manual dexterity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Remove finished product from machines
- Inspect products to ensure quality specifications are met
- Read work orders for product specifications and packaging instructions
- Assist in start-up and changeover of machinery or orders
- Perform all required quality checks regularly
- Adhere to packaging requirements per production work order
- Enter production data in JDE and print necessary paperwork
- Place customer labels neatly on cartons or gaylords
- Follow AIB Good Manufacturing Practices
- Maintain proper housekeeping and safety
- Complete workplace observations monthly
