The role focuses on the removal and inspection of finished products from machinery to ensure they meet stringent quality and packaging specifications as outlined in the production work order. This position requires a keen eye for detail to inspect products for defects and customer requirements, maintain proper documentation using JDE software, and ensure organizational standards such as cleanliness and safety in the workplace are upheld. Key responsibilities include reading and adhering to work orders, performing quality checks, assisting with machinery start-up and changeover, placing customer labels accurately, and following Good Manufacturing Practices according to AIB standards. Candidates must also be adept at handling physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, reading tape measures and weigh scales, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
