Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with packing line procedures
- Ability to follow instructions from supervisors
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use personal protective equipment such as steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
- Willingness to comply with safety and quality standards
Job Qualifications

- Experience in a packing or manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to use required safety personal protective equipment
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks
- Interest in career advancement within packaging roles
Job Duties
- Understand and correctly demonstrate packing line procedures including card orientation in box, card jogging procedures, final quality and collating verification, quality checks
- Take direction from Packer Level II on product assignment, line assignment, and packing pace
- Perform setup operations including de-staging last job, returning packing supplies, emptying trash, and staging next job
- Conduct run operations by verifying correct card, count, carton, side, direction, and quality
- Demonstrate teamwork and motivation on intensive and easier packing jobs
- Organize and sort products according to size, color, or other specifications
- Label and sign finished blister card boxes with inspection tags or stamps
