The Packaging Supervisor position on the first shift plays a critical role in ensuring the production of safe and quality food products that comply with USDA regulations. This full-time role, based in South Holland, Illinois, involves supervising the packaging department with a focus on accuracy, thoroughness, and safety. Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 annually, depending on experience, and comes with a comprehensive benefits package.

As a Packaging Supervisor, you will be responsible for implementing and managing procedures that keep the packaging department running efficiently. You will create and adjust schedules, oversee staff performance, and ensure that quality standards and regulatory requirements are met at all times.
