Job Requirements
- Ability to legally work in the United States
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1-3 years supervisory work experience preferred
- must be able to stand for 8-9 hours per day
- ability to work in fast-paced environment
- ability to bend, stoop, and squat
- ability to lift up to 100 pounds
- must be able to work 40 or more hours per week
- must be able to work mandatory overtime if necessary
- good hand-eye coordination
- highly attentive to detail
- able to read, write and speak English
- ability to pass math and reasoning assessment
- adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s)
- mechanical abilities
- ability to manage a team
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Implement proper procedures for packaging department
- create packaging department schedules to ensure timely completion
- follow and adjust master packaging schedule as needed
- verify and monitor responsibilities completion via schedule
- create and enforce self-inspection schedule for auditing
- analyze situations to provide company-beneficial solutions
- maintain accurate records and reports
- delegate responsibilities to employees
- maintain inventory of packaging supplies
- ensure employees perform duties as per job descriptions
- enforce company policies via employee handbook and safety manual
- train new and existing employees on job duties
- discuss employee performance or policy breaches with Packaging Manager and initiate discipline
- perform other duties as assigned
- maintain clean and sanitary work area
