Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 annually, depending on experience, and comes with a comprehensive benefits package.

As a Packaging Supervisor, you will be responsible for implementing and managing procedures that keep the packaging department running efficiently. You will create and adjust schedules, oversee staff performance, and ensure that quality standards and regulatory requirements are met at all times. Your leadership will include delegating tasks, maintaining necessary inventories, and enforcing self-auditing systems to uphold high operational standards.

This role requires strong analytical skills to resolve challenges in ways that favor the company’s interests. In addition to administrative duties such as record-keeping and reporting, you will also be charged with training both new and existing employees, upholding company policies, and addressing policy breaches with appropriate disciplinary measures. Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment is paramount, reflecting the company's commitment to safety and food quality.

The ideal candidate for this role will have one to three years of supervisory experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, alongside a high school diploma or GED; a bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory. Attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, proficiency in English, and the ability to pass math and reasoning assessments are critical to success. Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices and mechanical aptitude are also necessary traits.

Overall, this position offers an exciting opportunity to join a historic yet forward-thinking company, where your leadership will directly influence product quality, employee success, and operational excellence in the packaging department.
