The Package Concierge position at Sentral is a vital role within their residential hospitality team, primarily stationed at their downtown Los Angeles location. This in-person role requires a proactive, customer-first mindset combined with strong organizational skills to manage the growing demands for mail and package support at Sentral’s properties. The Package Concierge delivers five-star service by effectively communicating with residents and guests regarding their mail and packages. Responsibilities include preparing outgoing shipments, receiving and organizing incoming packages, maintaining accurate records, and sometimes delivering packages directly to residents. The role is fundamental in ensuring smooth mail and package operations that support the comfort and convenience of Sentral’s residents. Scheduled from Thursday to Monday, 9:30am to 6:30pm, this position invites candidates to join a team that prioritizes excellent customer service, integrity, and collaboration. Candidates are expected to have a can-do attitude, a growth mindset, and an entrepreneurial spirit, with an ability to thrive in a solution-oriented workplace that values attention to detail and discretion. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in hospitality preferred
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift
- ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- ability to perform repetitive motions for extended periods
- ability to work in indoor and outdoor spaces
- ability to communicate effectively with others
- ability to observe details in surrounding areas and on screens
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in hospitality preferred including hotels, resorts or private luxury clubs
- strong customer service track record
- exceptional interpersonal and self-awareness skills including active listening
- proficient with communication technology and quick learner of new software
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- enthusiasm for creating inclusive and respectful workplaces
- unquestioned integrity with ability to manage confidential information and sensitive situations with discretion
- strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Job Duties
- Prepare outgoing mail and packages
- receive, store and organize all incoming mail and packages
- communicate with residents about their mail and packages and deliver packages directly to residents and guests
- prepare shipping documents
- distribute mail and packages
- receive, process and verify incoming and outgoing mail/packages
- maintain records of incoming and outgoing mail/packages
- perform other related duties and assignments as needed and assigned
