Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Have at least two years of hospitality experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Possess amazing interpersonal skills and exceptional guest service abilities
- Be organized, proactive, productive and self-motivated
- Maintain a neat and professionally well-groomed appearance
- Ability to listen and react quickly to residents’ and guests’ requests in a genuine manner
- Think clearly, quickly and efficiently and make concise decisions even under pressure
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Additional coursework or training in hospitality or customer service preferred
- At least two years of hospitality experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Greet and direct residents and visitors
- Acknowledge all residents, visitors and vendors at all times
- Greet future residents and create a memorable first impression
- Check-in future residents and scan their IDs prior to their scheduled tours
- Accurately log resident packages
- Notify residents when they have a package
- Perform package inventory audits
- Door-to-door package delivery
- Exceed residents' and guests' expectations by providing anticipatory service and ensuring smooth accommodations
- Cultivate and retain cohesive relationships with residents, guests and the onsite team
- Professional telephone etiquette and message delivery
- Monitor lobby and package room and maintain organization and cleanliness
- Assist in the scheduling and completion of all amenities' requests including residents' move-ins, pet walking, dry-cleaning pick-ups and drop-offs, grocery and package delivery, housekeeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Walk the premises to ensure the highest standards are being met
- Perform all other duties as assigned by onsite management
