As the principal organizer for day center activities, the PACE Activities Coordinator collaborates with Center Management and interdisciplinary team members to oversee group and individual activities. This includes coordinating volunteer activities, community outings, and special events such as holiday celebrations to enrich the center’s cultural programming. The coordinator acts as a liaison between participants, families, and care teams providing education and communication that supports the delivery of 24-hour care.
