Job Duties
- Be courteous and gracious maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
- establish and maintain good communications and teamwork with colleagues and other departments
- offer guests an enjoyable experience that conforms to standards of excellence professionalism and friendliness
- demonstrate knowledge of the sequence of service following this sequence for every guest
- clear mark and take ownership of table maintenance wipe and reset tables
- assist coworkers in tasks to ensure a great environment for guests and coworkers
- execute additional duties as requested by management
- possess expert knowledge of food and beverage aspects
- maintain awareness of safety issues
- participate in departmental and administrative meetings
