Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 35 pounds safely
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts
- Ability to obtain a Food Handler's Permit if required by local regulations
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcome
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward guests at all times
- Responding promptly to guest requests
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional guest support
- Staying current on new releases and upcoming movies
- Communicating and coordinating as a team with fellow colleagues
- Completing any other duties as delegated or directed by supervisor
