This role is a management position within Regal, requiring oversight of both theatre operations and food and beverage services. The successful candidate will ensure employees adhere to Regal's operational policies and uphold brand standards as described in the Regal Operations Manual. They will be responsible for managing theatre risk, including safety, accident reporting, and loss prevention, while ensuring compliance with food safety rules and health regulations. This position involves hiring, training, mentoring, and supervising staff across multiple departments, including servers, kitchen, box office, and bartenders. There is also an emphasis on maintaining theatre facilities, technology operations, and controlling costs through inventory and labor management.
The role demands a candidate capable of efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of a high-volume hospitality environment with a focus on premium guest satisfaction. This includes maintaining food and beverage quality standards, responding directly to guest concerns, and actively promoting feature film engagements and marketing efforts. Candidates must be knowledgeable in alcohol laws and must complete all required certifications for responsible alcohol service. Attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure are essential.
Physical requirements include the ability to stand for long periods, occasionally lift up to 60 pounds, and perform various physical activities such as walking, climbing, crouching, and reaching. Job Requirements
- Be of legal age to sell and or serve alcohol per state and or local laws
- Completion or in the process of completing the management certification program
- SDS trained
- Obtain food handlers card where applicable
- Obtain ServSafe Food Manager Certification
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 60 lbs
- Maintain excellent personal hygiene
- Adhere to dress code
- Ability to work in moderate noise environment
- Ability to handle physical activities such as walk, sit, use hands and arms, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl

Job Qualifications
- Degree in business and or equivalent
- Two years management or supervisory position with experience in restaurant or VIP luxury theatre concept
- Experience in high volume hospitality environment
- Completion of legally required state or local training and certificate for selling/serving alcohol
- Completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University
- Good public speaking skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to listen effectively and respond clearly
- Strong math skills with speed and accuracy
- Problem identification and solving skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Experience with PC platforms and basic office software
- Ability to operate office equipment
- Dexterity in using tools and performing mechanical tasks

- Supervisory experience including hiring, training, coaching, appraising, and disciplining employees.
Job Duties
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Must be of legal age to sell and or serve alcohol per state and or local laws
- Upholding and administering all Regal policies and brand standards as outlined in the Regal Operations Manual and corporate directives
- Ensure all cash management policies and procedures are adhered to always
- Monitor risk management as it pertains to the theatre including employee and guest safety, loss prevention, proper handling of food and alcohol, emergency situations, and proper handling, reporting, and investigating of accidents
- Comply with all food safety rules, laws, protocols, and standards and adhere and maintain all Health Department rules and regulations
- Responsible for prompt reporting of accidents, incidents, and business interruptions per operating protocols
- Hiring, training, developing, mentoring, supervising, counseling, scheduling, and terminating (after conferring with Human Resources) employees
- Train staff in specific positions including server, box office, food runner, and bartender and cross-train as needed
- Train kitchen staff in specific positions and cross-train as needed
- Ensure required alcohol certification and training are current where applicable
- Properly administer all required paperwork and uphold all company policies
- Maintain projection and sound technology for impeccable guest experience
- Ensure facilities are cleaned and maintained consistent with Regal standards daily
- Direct kitchen and bar maintenance and sanitation program
- Optimize profits by maintaining strict cost controls including payroll, cost of goods, and other supplies
- Maintain and control inventory for all food, beverage, janitorial supplies, and projection bulbs
- Create staff schedules to meet demand and control labor costs
- Complete daily theatre inspections and kitchen logs
- Ensure food and beverage items are consistently prepared and served per Regal standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction by greeting, responding to complaints and maintaining guest relations
- Manage marketing, promotions, and scheduling of show times
- Count, deposit, and reconcile all receipts
- Maintain excellent personal hygiene and adhere to dress code
- Comply with all food safety and health regulations
- Handle lost and found items per policy
- Abide by all federal and state laws regarding breaks and meal periods
- Complete management certification program and required training such as SDS and ServSafe Food Manager Certification
- Follow the physical demands and environment requirements
- Uphold a safe workplace and reasonable accommodations where necessary.
