The Server Assistant role at Mainsail's Autograph Collection properties is a pivotal position designed to enhance the dining experience of every guest. Server Assistants are responsible for greeting guests warmly, assisting servers, and ensuring that all food and beverage service aligns meticulously with the Autograph Collection’s rigorous standards. Candidates must be prepared to engage with guests courteously, manage station setups, knowledgeably describe menu items including wines and liquors, and collaborate seamlessly with team members across various hotel locations, such as the Lobby Bar, Pool area, Upstairs Bar, and In-Room Dining services.

Beyond serving and supporting activities, Server Assistants must demonstrate familiarity with point of sale technology, follow cash handling procedures, maintain cleanliness standards, and continuously update their knowledge on current menu offerings and specials. Physical stamina is essential due to the demand for standing long hours, potentially in hot conditions, lifting up to 25 pounds, and navigating busy dining environments.
