We are currently seeking a dedicated Ownership Host (Valet) to join our dynamic Service team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our guests as they visit our service department. As an Ownership Host, you will be responsible for greeting clients upon arrival, managing the movement of vehicles around the property, performing vehicle detailing tasks such as washing, vacuuming, and interior cleaning, and providing shuttle services to and from clients’ homes or places of business. This position requires a friendly and professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently within a team environment.

The Ownership Host acts as the first point of contact for our service clients, embodying the hospitality and luxury that Parks Lincoln represents. Your role will contribute directly to enhancing client satisfaction by ensuring their vehicles are handled carefully, kept clean, and promptly returned. Additionally, maintaining minor facility cleanliness and assisting the service team to exceed client expectations are key components of this position.
