Job Requirements
- Own a 24-26’ box truck with liftgate and delivery equipment
- Have commercial insurance for the vehicle
- Hold a valid driver’s license
- Pass a background check, drug test, and motor vehicle record (MVR) check
- Comply with DOT regulations and safety standards
- Be available to work Monday through Saturday
- Ability to lift 50 pounds with ease
- Provide own helpers or accept provided helpers
Job Qualifications
- Experience in furniture delivery and customer service
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to follow DOT safety and operational regulations
- Familiarity with loading, unloading, and using pallet jacks and hand trucks
- Strong physical capability to lift heavy items
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to work full-time and on contract basis
Job Duties
- Operate a 24-26' box truck with liftgate and necessary delivery equipment
- Follow commercial insurance, licensing, and driving record requirements
- Adhere to safety standards and DOT regulations
- Coordinate with helpers for delivery and installation tasks
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery
- Ensure the truck is operational Monday through Saturday
- Lift heavy items up to 50 pounds and utilize installation tools
