Job Requirements
- Possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
- Own or lease one or more tractors that are 2000 or newer with EPA10 emissions requirement
- Live within 30 miles of Chicago, IL or Elwood, IL
- Minimum 6 months of Class A driving experience
- Equipment must pass a DOT inspection
- Additional qualifications apply

Job Duties
- Choose from a variety of loads and lane options that offer consistent revenue
- Haul containers that are drop-and-hook at no charge while operating under Schneider's authority
- Operate one or more tractors that are 2000 or newer and EPA10 emissions compliant
- Maintain compliance with DOT inspections
- Utilize provided Samsung tablet for managing business operations
- Access and make use of company facilities including parking, laundry, meal options, and exercise equipment
- Participate in orientation and adhere to company procedures
