Job Duties
- greet guests in a friendly and professional manner providing prompt and courteous service
- safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in designated areas following established procedures and traffic laws
- maintain accurate records of parked vehicles including keys and vehicle information
- assist guests with luggage and other belongings ensuring their safe handling
- maintain a clean and organized valet area including sweeping emptying trash receptacles and reporting any maintenance issues
- monitor traffic flow and direct vehicles efficiently to minimize congestion
- adhere to all safety regulations and procedures including wearing proper attire and using safety equipment
