Job Requirements

  • 3 or more years of leadership experience managing a large team
  • Ability to manage a team within a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
  • Experience managing inventory
  • Highly organized and process-drive
  • Systems aptitude, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Job Qualifications

  • Experience working in a distribution and/or manufacturing environment, including use of ordering systems
  • Knowledge of food safety procedures
  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, supply chain management or related field
