Employees are rewarded not only through competitive wages but also through a thoughtful benefits program and opportunities for career advancement within a reputable organization. The employment is based on an hourly wage that aligns with industry standards, starting at $16 per hour plus tips for the overnight shift, recognizing the commitment and specialized nature of this work schedule.
The Guest Service Associate position at Towne Park is a critical frontline role dedicated to delivering top-tier hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner. This position primarily involves parking and retrieving vehicles safely and promptly while providing assistance with luggage services, including delivery and pick-up during guest arrivals and departures where applicable. The role requires a courteous and engaging demeanor, as associates serve as the first and last point of contact for guests, ensuring their parking experience is smooth and welcoming. Associates are expected to uphold Towne Park's high standards by maintaining a professional and friendly approach, greeting guests personally, and using their last names to personalize interactions.
The role includes duties such as managing vehicle operations cautiously to guarantee safety, assisting with bell services, and providing guests with information or directions about the property and nearby attractions. Additional responsibilities entail explaining parking rates, managing claim check issuance and collection, maintaining detailed vehicle information, and handling revenue transactions related to parking services efficiently. This dynamic role involves working outdoors and in various weather conditions, demanding both physical endurance and a commitment to customer care excellence. Exceptional communication, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of vehicle operations, including the ability to perform parallel parking and possibly operate manual transmissions, enhance the candidate’s effectiveness in this role.
Working overnight, the Guest Service Associate must be reliable and capable of standing or sitting for extended periods, managing physical tasks that may involve lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally. The position offers employees the chance to enroll in several insurance programs, including accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity insurance, along with telemedicine benefits. Additionally, there is a 401k retirement savings plan available, subject to eligibility based on job classification, length of employment, and hours worked. This opportunity is ideal for individuals seeking a proactive, customer-focused role within a professional parking services company dedicated to operational excellence and guest satisfaction. Towne Park promotes an inclusive workplace with reasonable accommodations available to support individuals with disabilities in successfully performing job functions.
