Schulte Hospitality Group and the Mining Exchange Hotel are seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Overnight Valet Attendant to join their team. As an Overnight Valet Attendant at SHG and the Mining Exchange Hotel, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest service. The role is tailored for those who are passionate about providing top-tier valet services, ensuring guest vehicles are parked and retrieved safely and efficiently while assisting guests with their luggage and other needs. This position requires a great deal of attentiveness, friendliness, and dedication to exceeding guest expectations. Candidates should be comfortable multitasking, communicating effectively both verbally and in writing, and working as part of a cohesive team to uphold the highest standards of hospitality and cleanliness while maintaining a positive guest experience.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in a hotel customer service supervisory role and a high school education. The role also requires the ability to pass a motor vehicle record check and drug screening. Candidates will undergo a comprehensive hiring process that may include a phone interview, manager interviews, background checks, reference checks, drug screening, and potential employment assessment. This position is tipped eligible, and specific compensation details will be shared during the interview process.
