Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- No more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
- Clean background check
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Adherence to uniform and grooming standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years
- Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
- Strong customer service skills and helpful attitude
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Adaptability to changing work environments and multitasking
- Physical ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods

Job Duties
- Check vehicles for damage and record details on claim tickets
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles following all safety and key handling procedures
- Clock in and out for shifts and breaks on time and report tips accurately
- Keep the valet area clean, organized, and presentable
- Handle guest concerns politely and resolve problems quickly
- Support a positive team environment and assist with additional tasks as needed
