Job Description
Premium Parking is a leading hospitality company that specializes in delivering exceptional parking and valet services. Known for their commitment to quality and guest satisfaction, Premium Parking operates across various locations, ensuring that every customer experience is seamless and memorable. With a core belief that 'People Deserve Great Places,' the company positions itself not merely as a parking service provider but as a hospitality-driven organization focused on creating positive first and last impressions for all guests. Their team members are trained to embody professionalism, attentiveness, and efficiency, contributing to an overall environment that is welcoming and respectful.
As a Valet Attendant at Premium Parking, you become an integral part of this mission. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in active, customer-facing environments where delivering outstanding service is paramount. Working primarily overnight from 10 pm to 6 am, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays, you'll engage directly with guests by providing warm greetings and overseeing the safe handling of their vehicles. This position requires a blend of physical activity, hospitality skills, and attention to detail, as you are responsible not only for parking and retrieving vehicles safely but also for ensuring an organized, professional, and secure parking environment.
The role demands excellent communication skills to assist guests effectively with various inquiries such as directions, luggage assistance, and parking-related questions. A critical aspect of your duties involves managing vehicle information meticulously and documenting any pre-existing damage to prevent disputes. Additionally, you play a pivotal role in maintaining traffic flow by directing cars and keeping the parking area clear from obstructions. The Valet Attendant must adhere strictly to all safety protocols, promptly reporting any hazards or equipment malfunctions, thus upholding Premium Parking’s commitment to safety and professionalism.
Physical readiness is essential for this position. The job requires walking briskly or jogging for extended periods, bending, sitting, standing, pushing, and pulling, as well as lifting up to 50 pounds and pushing luggage carts weighing up to 100 pounds. Exposure to varied weather conditions, such as rain, heat, cold, and humidity, is part of the daily routine, so adaptability and resilience are highly valued traits. While previous related experience and familiarity with operating both manual and automatic transmission vehicles are preferred, the company is open to training committed candidates who meet the required qualifications.
Joining Premium Parking means becoming part of a vibrant team dedicated to hospitality excellence. The company fosters a supportive work environment emphasizing dependability, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset. Being a Valet Attendant here is not simply a job but a chance to impact guests positively, contributing to outstanding experiences that align with Premium Parking’s vision. This role offers opportunities to work during special events and busy periods, honing your operational skills in a dynamic setting where safety and service standards are upheld rigorously.
Overall, this position is ideal for individuals seeking active, engaging work with a strong focus on customer interaction and safety. If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in fast-paced environments, Premium Parking welcomes your application to join their esteemed team and help uphold their promise that People Deserve Great Places.
