Job Duties
- Greet guests professionally and provide prompt valet service
- safely park and retrieve guest vehicles
- assist guests with directions or luggage when needed
- perform vehicle inspections and note any existing damage
- follow all key handling and vehicle safety procedures
- monitor the parking area to maintain a safe environment
- maintain a clean and organized valet station
- record hours and gratuities according to company policy
- assist team members and support overall hotel operations
