The role being offered is for an Overnight Valet Parking Attendant based in Nashville, Tennessee. This position is available on both a full-time and part-time basis, with an overnight shift schedule that suits individuals who thrive in a dynamic, guest-focused environment during nighttime hours. Valet attendants at PMC play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of parking services during overnight periods by safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting guests who arrive late at night, and contributing to a secure and welcoming atmosphere. The hourly base pay is supplemented by tips, providing employees with an opportunity to increase their earnings while delivering exceptional service.

This position is ideal for those who enjoy working in hospitality, staying active, and engaging directly with guests to enhance their visit. Key responsibilities include greeting guests professionally, providing prompt valet service, parking and retrieving vehicles with utmost care, and offering assistance with directions or luggage as needed. Overnight Valet Attendants also perform vehicle inspections to document any existing damage, adhere strictly to key handling and vehicle safety protocols, and maintain vigilant oversight of the parking area to ensure both guest and vehicle security. In addition, attendants support overall overnight operations by keeping the valet station organized, accurately recording hours and gratuities in line with company policy, and assisting other team members and hotel staff as required.

The role demands physical stamina as attendants are expected to stand and walk for extended times, run short distances to retrieve vehicles, lift items weighing up to 50 pounds, and work effectively outdoors in various weather conditions.
