Job Description

Towne Park is a leading parking management company recognized for its commitment to delivering outstanding valet and parking services across a variety of venues including hotels, airports, casinos, and sports arenas. With a strong reputation for excellence and professionalism, Towne Park prides itself on creating seamless parking experiences while emphasizing customer service and safety. Founded with a vision to simplify parking and enhance guest satisfaction, the company has expanded its presence nationwide, offering career opportunities that foster growth, responsibility, and a close-knit team environment. Towne Park offers competitive, fair compensation that reflects the skills and experience of its employees and provides various benefits to support the well-being of its workforce. The company encourages a culture of respect, teamwork, and continuous development within its ranks.

The Guest Service Associate position at Towne Park is designed for individuals passionate about hospitality and eager to provide exceptional guest experiences during overnight shifts. Scheduled from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., this role involves offering attentive, friendly, and efficient service while managing guest vehicle parking with safety and care. Alongside parking and retrieving vehicles promptly, the Guest Service Associate serves as an ambassador for Towne Park, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued through professional greetings and personalized interactions. The associate will assist guests with directions, taxi arrangements, luggage handling, and various inquiries, contributing to a positive and memorable experience at each Towne Park location.

Beyond customer interaction, the role demands precision in handling vehicle tickets, processing claims securely, and managing parking rates and payments. The associate’s responsibilities span maintaining friendly communication, carefully operating vehicles—including parallel parking—and performing tasks that ensure the smooth functioning of the parking operations. This position is ideal for those with a valid driver's license, basic math skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English. Towne Park values physical stamina and strength in this role, as associates frequently stand, walk, and handle luggage, sometimes lifting substantial weights and working in varied weather conditions. The company provides benefits including accident insurance, critical illness coverage, hospital indemnity, telemedicine access, and enrollment options in a 401k retirement savings plan, with eligibility criteria based on job classification and employment duration.

Working conditions are mainly outdoors, exposing associates to extreme weather, yet Towne Park ensures a supportive environment with accommodations for individuals with disabilities. While the job follows clear guidelines and operational instructions, it requires careful judgment to maintain safety and efficiency. Though primarily routine, this role offers the chance to contribute meaningfully to guest satisfaction during overnight hours and to grow within a nationally respected parking management company. Towne Park invites candidates who bring a customer-focused mindset, driving skills, and a commitment to service excellence to apply and join their dedicated team.
