The company emphasizes pay transparency, employee well-being, and equal employment opportunities while fostering a culture of respect and teamwork.
PMC is currently seeking enthusiastic and dependable individuals to join their valet parking team as Hospitality Valet Parking Attendants. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and safe environment for guests, serving as the first and last point of contact during their visit. Valet attendants are responsible for efficiently and safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles with care and professionalism. Whether working full-time or part-time, the positions are classified as non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act, offering competitive hourly wages ranging approximately between $13.00 and $20.00 or more after tips and base pay combined, subject to market variations and performance-based tips.
The role requires interaction with guests, team members, and vendors, facilitating smooth vehicle traffic flow while maintaining organized and clean valet areas. Attention to detail is crucial, especially in recording vehicle conditions through claim tickets and adhering strictly to safety and company protocols. Applicants should be prepared to work in varying weather conditions, stand and walk for extended periods, and handle physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is also necessary.
Valet attendants at PMC benefit from a supportive work culture that encourages professional growth through internal leadership development programs and educational assistance, including tuition assistance up to $5,250 annually through Bellevue University. Employees also enjoy access to health benefits including medical, vision, and dental insurance upon eligibility and other benefits such as 401K plans, supplemental insurance options, paid time off, paid training, and nationwide discounts. PMC upholds a military-friendly employer policy and complies with all relevant state and federal employment laws to ensure an equitable workplace.
This position demands strong customer service skills, professionalism in appearance and conduct, and a commitment to safety standards. The Parking Management Company offers an at-will employment framework, encouraging employees to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with opportunities for continuous nationwide growth and advancement.
