The Hospitality Valet Parking Attendant role at PMC is a vital front-line position responsible for delivering outstanding guest service through the safe and efficient parking and retrieval of vehicles. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- previous customer service experience preferred
- valid driver s license and reliable transportation
- no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
- clean background check
- ability to stand walk run short distances and lift up to 50 lbs
- availability to work evenings weekends and holidays
- maintain professional appearance including uniform and grooming standards
- reliable and punctual
- ability to follow safety guidelines and company policies
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- previous customer service experience preferred
- valid driver s license and reliable transportation
- must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
- must successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
- a helpful attitude and strong customer service mindset
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple responsibilities
- ability to stand walk and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
Job Duties
- greet guests and manage vehicle drop-off and pick-up
- record vehicle condition and damage on claim tickets
- safely operate guest vehicles and follow key handling protocols
- accurately clock in and out and report all tips
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area
- resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously
- arrive on time in uniform and follow all company policies
- assist with additional duties as needed
