Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record (no more than three moving violations within the past three years)
Must pass a background check
Ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods
Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
Adherence to uniform and grooming standards
Capability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Willingness to use personal cell phone for work-related communication with reimbursement

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Prior customer service experience preferred
Valid driver’s license
Strong commitment to delivering excellent service
Ability to communicate clearly and courteously
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to maintain a professional appearance
Ability to perform physical demands of the job such as lifting up to 50 pounds
Experience in hospitality or valet services is a plus

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage and vehicle needs during overnight hours
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to document any existing damage on claim tickets
Safely park and retrieve vehicles while adhering to all safety protocols and key handling procedures
Monitor and secure the parking area throughout the night, responding quickly to guest requests and concerns
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional valet station reflective of the hotel’s high standards
Accurately record hours and gratuities in compliance with company policies
Provide outstanding customer service, addressing guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
