The company prides itself on fostering an environment where employees not only work but also make a meaningful impact in the lives of others. Towne Park operates in diverse environments including hospitals, hotels, and events, always striving to enhance the guest experience through friendly and professional service.

Towne Park offers competitive compensation, with hourly pay ranging from $9 to $10, plus additional earnings such as shift differentials and tips, making their roles financially rewarding. Employees work in a dynamic and fast-paced setting from 11 am to 7 am, engaging directly with guests to ensure their needs are met promptly and safely.

The Guest Service Associate role at Towne Park is a crucial position focused on hospitality and customer satisfaction. This role involves parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely and efficiently, assisting with luggage services, and providing key information to guests about the facility and local attractions. A Guest Service Associate acts as the face of Towne Park, greeting guests warmly, using their last names, and demonstrating a friendly, professional demeanor at all times. They use proper phone etiquette, maintain professionalism, and assist guests with various inquiries including directions, taxi arrangements, and reservations.

In this role, the associate is also responsible for accurately handling parking procedures including issuing claim checks, managing vehicle keys, and recording all vehicle information to maintain a secure and organized system. The Guest Service Associate must be attentive to detail, ensuring that billing and revenue collection processes are handled accurately when required.

Towne Park values employees who can work well within established guidelines while exercising good judgment to maintain the smooth operations of their department. The job demands physical agility, including the ability to lift heavy items, operate vehicles with manual transmissions, and endure outdoor weather conditions, sometimes extreme. Prior experience or training related to hospitality or customer service is preferred, alongside a valid driver's license. The role offers opportunities for growth and encourages a work environment where every interaction contributes to a positive guest experience.

Working at Towne Park means becoming part of a company that looks beyond routine tasks. It means creating memorable moments for guests, providing compassionate service to individuals in moments of need, and supporting co-workers to ensure the team’s success. Towne Park also offers its employees various benefits, including accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine services, and enrollment into a 401k retirement savings plan, depending on job classification and tenure.

If you are enthusiastic about delivering exceptional service and enjoy working in a hospitality-driven environment where your efforts truly matter, the Guest Service Associate role at Towne Park offers a rewarding career path. Towne Park is committed to diversity, inclusion, and providing reasonable accommodations to support employees with disabilities, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to succeed in their position.
