Job Description

Towne Park is a dedicated hospitality services company committed to providing exceptional guest experiences across various locations. Renowned for its impact-driven work culture, Towne Park seeks to create smiles by delivering top-notch hospitality services to millions of patients, visitors, and guests daily. They emphasize making a difference through compassionate service, whether it be easing patient anxieties, creating memorable moments for travelers, or supporting fellow employees. This commitment to service excellence makes Towne Park not only a workplace but a place where employees can meaningfully contribute to the overall guest experience, fostering positive interactions and creating smiles for everyone involved.

The role of Guest Service Associate at Towne Park is an overnight, part-time position with a work schedule from Wednesday to Saturday, 11 pm to 7 am. This role is vital to Towne Park's mission, as it centers on delivering attentive, friendly, and efficient hospitality services to guests. The Guest Service Associate is primarily responsible for parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely and promptly, managing luggage assistance, and providing warm and professional customer service throughout guests’ arrival and departure. This position not only involves practical tasks such as handling vehicle keys and calculating parking fees but also requires engaging with guests on a personal level, helping with directions, reservations, and offering information about amenities or local attractions.

Towne Park values the professionalism and demeanor of its associates, encouraging a friendly, respectful, and helpful attitude while interacting with guests and co-workers. The company fosters a supportive environment where employees can thrive by making an impact every day. Compensation for this role includes an hourly base pay starting at $17.35, plus additional tips ranging from $4 to $8 per hour, providing earning potential beyond the base wage. Employees in this role are eligible to enroll in a variety of insurance options, including accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity insurance, as well as telemedicine benefits and a 401(k) retirement savings plan, subject to eligibility based on classification and hours worked.

Given the primarily outdoor nature of the job, candidates can expect to work in varying weather conditions, sometimes extreme, which adds to the physical demands of the position. This role demands good physical stamina, including the ability to lift heavy loads, stand or walk for extended periods, and perform tasks requiring balance and mobility. Having a valid driver’s license and basic knowledge of customer service principles is necessary. In addition, Towne Park highly values strong communication skills and basic math competence, essential for managing vehicle ticketing and revenue collection. Having the ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle and conduct parallel parking is highly desirable but not mandatory.

Overall, the Guest Service Associate role at Towne Park offers a rewarding career opportunity for individuals looking to make a positive impact through hospitality. The company’s culture, competitive compensation, and comprehensive benefits package, coupled with a duty that blends interpersonal service with hands-on responsibilities, make it a compelling choice for service-oriented candidates passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.
