Job Description
Towne Park is a leading hospitality services company committed to delivering exceptional experiences to millions of patients, visitors, and guests. With a strong focus on creating smiles and making a positive impact, Towne Park combines compassion with professionalism to provide top-tier valet and guest services primarily in healthcare and hospitality environments. The company values every interaction as an opportunity to ease anxiety, offer memorable guest experiences, and foster teamwork among colleagues. Towne Park is proud of its culture where employees feel empowered to make a difference every day. The company not only emphasizes excellent customer service but also supports its associates with competitive compensation and benefits programs. Towne Park understands the importance of rewarding its employees fairly, offering a base pay of $18 per hour plus tips for guest service roles, along with insurance and retirement savings options for eligible staff.
The Guest Service Associate role at Towne Park is designed for individuals who thrive in dynamic and customer-focused environments. These associates are the frontline ambassadors who contribute to the warmth and efficiency of guest experiences by ensuring seamless parking and retrieval of vehicles as well as providing assistance with luggage and general guest inquiries. This position requires a commitment to safety, attentive service, and professionalism as associates often help patients, families, visitors, and hotel guests. The work schedule typically involves overnight shifts with open availability, making flexibility a key attribute for candidates. Towne Park equips Guest Service Associates to maintain high standards through proper training and emphasizes respect and courtesy, including addressing guests by their last names and practicing professional phone etiquette.
Being a Guest Service Associate also means performing a variety of duties, such as greeting guests promptly and courteously upon arrival, using salutation of the day, explaining parking rates, and managing vehicle claim checks meticulously. The job demands physical stamina for tasks like opening vehicle and hotel doors, assisting with luggage handling, and occasionally using driving skills to park vehicles safely. Additionally, associates may provide guests with valuable information about local attractions, taxis, and hotel amenities, ensuring each visitor’s needs are met with attentiveness and care. Towne Park encourages its associates to foster a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience.
Towne Park not only offers an opportunity to work in a supportive, mission-driven environment but also provides a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees, including accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity insurances, telemedicine access, and a 401k retirement plan. While seasonal and temporary roles may not be eligible for these benefits, full-time and part-time associates who meet the classification criteria gain access to these valuable offerings. The company also prioritizes workplace safety and accommodations, allowing associates with disabilities to perform essential job functions successfully.
Towne Park’s Guest Service Associate position is ideal for individuals who are customer-service oriented, detail-focused, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision following established guidelines. The role promises a balance of routine and variety, where decision-making is constrained within operational protocols, minimizing risks that could impact department efficiency. Towne Park invites candidates to join a team where every day is a chance to brighten someone’s day and create meaningful experiences in the community.
