Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to run short distances when retrieving vehicles
- ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- ability to drive manual transmission (preferred, if applicable)
- must be at least 18 years old (or per company policy)
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to work independently and stay alert overnight
- reliable and punctual
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner upon arrival and departure
- safely park and retrieve vehicles in a timely manner
- monitor valet area and property during overnight hours
- maintain accurate records of vehicle keys and locations
- perform regular lot checks to ensure vehicle safety and organization
- assist with basic property security awareness (report suspicious activity, etc.)
- provide excellent customer service at all times, even during low-volume periods
- maintain cleanliness of valet stand and work area
- follow all company policies and safety procedures
