Job Description
Towne Park is a premier hospitality services company dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences through compassionate and attentive service. As a recognized leader in the hospitality industry, Towne Park has built a solid reputation based on its commitment to creating smiles and making a positive impact on the lives of millions of patients, visitors, guests, and team members. The company operates with the philosophy that every interaction presents an opportunity to provide comfort, joy, and helpful assistance, whether it is easing a patient’s anxiety, welcoming guests in a new city, or supporting colleagues. Working at Towne Park means joining a team that truly values customer connections and strives to enhance every visitor’s experience with professionalism, kindness, and efficiency.
Towne Park is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Guest Service Associates. This position offers an important role within the organization, tasked with providing top-tier hospitality services to guests while managing the parking and retrieval of vehicles in a safe and timely manner. The position is a part-time or full-time role with a flexible night-shift schedule from 11 PM to 7 AM, offering a competitive hourly wage ranging from $9 to $10 plus shift differential and tips, making it a financially rewarding opportunity.
The Guest Service Associate is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests warmly, using their last names when possible, and extending courteous assistance with luggage and bell services. The role involves ensuring that all parking procedures are conducted carefully, maintaining the safety of all vehicles, and effectively communicating with guests to provide information about parking rates, retrieval procedures, area amenities, and local attractions. Attention to detail is critical, as associates must accurately handle claim checks, complete necessary documentation including damage surveys, vehicle location records, and revenue collection when required.
This role is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality, customer service, and vehicle operations who want to make a meaningful difference in a fast-paced environment. Associates should be able to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting luggage, and occasionally exerting force to move objects up to 100 pounds. Flexibility to work outdoors in varying weather conditions is required. Towne Park prioritizes safety and offers opportunities for employees to grow by mastering customer interaction skills and efficient task management. Additionally, Towne Park supports its workforce with benefits including accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity, telemedicine, and a 401k retirement savings plan, depending on eligibility and job classification.
Joining Towne Park means becoming part of a community that values respect, diversity, and making a positive impact every day. Whether it is providing a friendly smile, assisting with directions, or operating a vehicle with utmost care, each Guest Service Associate plays a vital role in ensuring that every experience is memorable and pleasant for every guest. If you are motivated by service excellence, enjoy working with people, and can thrive in a dynamic outdoor environment, this role at Towne Park offers a rewarding career path and a chance to be part of a company that truly cares about its guests and team members.
