The Guest Service Associate role at Towne Park is a vital position focused on delivering an outstanding hospitality experience to every guest. This is an overnight position with work scheduled from Monday through Sunday, offering an hourly wage starting at $16.90 plus tips, with an additional $2.25 shift differential for overnight hours. The role demands not only strong customer service skills but also physical fitness and the ability to operate vehicles safely, including manual transmission and parallel parking. Working conditions entail spending most of the shift outdoors under varying weather conditions, which requires resilience and adaptability.

This position suits candidates who enjoy interactive roles, have a keen eye for detail in service delivery, and are comfortable performing physically demanding tasks. Towne Park also offers accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine benefits, and the opportunity to participate in a 401k retirement plan, with eligibility based on job classification and hours worked. Seasonal or temporary employees are excluded from benefits enrollment.
