The role of the Guest Service Associate at Towne Park is designed to deliver outstanding hospitality services to guests with a focus on efficiency, friendliness, and attention to detail. Compensation includes a competitive hourly wage ranging from $15 to $16 per hour, supplemented by tips accounting for an additional $18 to $19 per hour, making the position financially rewarding.
