The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa is currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Team Member for their Rooms & Guest Services Operations. This full-time, non-management position offers a unique opportunity to become part of a worldwide team committed to exceptional hospitality and guest service. The role is based in Savannah, Georgia, at the scenic resort, enabling employees to work in a dynamic and vibrant environment.
As a Rooms & Guest Services team member, your core responsibility will be to ensure that guests enjoy a seamless and comfortable stay. This involves providing various services such as delivering requested items to guest rooms including fold-away beds, refrigerators, additional towels, bathrobes, and complimentary toiletry items like toothpaste, razors, and shampoo. You will play a vital role in managing communications equipment to ensure all devices such as beepers and radios are functioning properly to maintain smooth operations.
In addition to this, you will be tasked with the delivery of messages, packages, flowers, gifts, and other miscellaneous items to guest rooms promptly and courteously, reinforcing the Westin commitment to personalized service. Maintaining an organized, polished appearance and enforcing safety protocols are essential aspects of this position to uphold the company’s high standards. Being able to handle physical aspects of the job, including moving and lifting items up to 50 pounds, standing or walking for extended periods, and safely navigating various spaces within the resort is also required.

Job Duties
- Check beepers and radios to ensure communication equipment is working properly
- place requested items such as fold-away beds and refrigerators in guest rooms
- deliver additional towels, bathrobes, and other items to guest rooms
- provide complimentary toiletries like toothpaste, razors, and shampoo to guests
- deliver items including food, messages, correspondence, packages, flowers, gifts, and miscellaneous items to guest rooms

- report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, and injuries
- complete safety training and certifications
