The role of a Guest Services Attendant at The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa is vital to maintaining the high standards of guest satisfaction and operational excellence the resort is known for. This non-management, full-time position involves a variety of responsibilities centered on supporting guest needs and ensuring seamless daily operations within the rooms and guest services departments. The Guest Services Attendant plays an important role in delivering a welcoming and comfortable experience by supplying requested items such as rollaway beds, refrigerators, extra towels, bathrobes, and complimentary toiletries directly to guest rooms. Additionally, this position requires managing communication devices like beepers and radios to ensure effective guest service responses. The attendant also handles the delivery of messages, mail, packages, flowers, sundry, and gift items to guests, enhancing their overall stay experience.

In this role, adherence to Marriott International’s policies and quality standards is paramount, including safeguarding company assets, maintaining confidentiality, and promoting a professional and tidy personal appearance. Job Duties
