Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years' experience in hospitality or service industry
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Yardi
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Create a luxury environment and exceed expectations in all hospitality services
- Approach all encounters with residents, guests, and colleagues in a gracious, attentive, courteous, and service-oriented manner
- Respect the privacy, time and resources of each resident
- Communicate resident concerns to property management and Related's Corporate Office
- Monitor security systems and cameras, conduct inspections of the property and report any incidents or damages
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing packages and deliveries
- Maintain accurate and complete shift notes and pass-on logs to ensure successful communication through shift changes
