The Overnight Task Team Outfitter position plays a vital role in supporting the operational functions and overall health of the retail store campus during overnight hours. This role is specifically designed to focus on non-selling tasks, enabling sales outfitters to dedicate more time to customer interaction and selling opportunities during peak hours. By tackling replenishment, inventory management, visual merchandising, and various recovery tasks overnight, the Outfitter helps create an organized, well-stocked, and appealing environment that directly contributes to a superior shopping experience for customers.
