Job Requirements
- Two years of college
- Or one year retail experience and one year supervisory experience
- Or two years general work experience and one year supervisory experience
- Successful completion of all job-required trainings and assessments
- For firearms-selling facilities, completion of firearms-specific background check and training
- Acknowledgment of state-specific requirements for ammunition sales where applicable
- Ability to foster a culture of belonging and high performance
- Adherence to Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
