The position also focuses heavily on associate management, including hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties to staff while maintaining clear expectations and fostering employee engagement. You will support staffing needs to align with company growth goals and instill a workplace environment built around respect, diversity, and inclusion. Compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and integrity are paramount, and you will lead by example, encouraging accountability and adherence to Walmart's values.

Walmart emphasizes continuous learning and innovation. This role requires an adaptable mindset, openness to leveraging new technologies, and promotion of a high-performance team culture.
