The Team Member role at Applegreen is a full-time position focused on delivering exceptional service to travelers within the travel plazas. This role involves a combination of customer engagement, food preparation, retail stocking, sanitation, and cash handling duties to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for every visitor. Team Members are expected to provide a friendly atmosphere through positive interactions, while adhering strictly to food safety standards and company policies.

In this position, Team Members handle several essential tasks including operation of point-of-sale systems to process payments accurately, preparation and serving of quality food items while monitoring proper food safety procedures, and maintaining clean and well-stocked workstations and equipment. They are also responsible for actively promoting products through cross-selling and up-selling techniques, requiring a sound knowledge of all available merchandise and services within each plaza.
