Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have previous leadership experience preferably in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment
- Ability to work flexibly according to schedule demands
- Capable of managing multiple responsibilities during fast-paced shifts
- Commitment to customer service excellence
- Understanding of food safety and internal communication
- Ability to manage inventory and training

- Previous leadership experience preferred

Job Duties
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great quality, service and cleanliness to customers
- Plan each shift and monitor performance during the shift
- Take action to ensure the team is meeting McDonald's standards
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for the upcoming shift
- Manage food safety and internal communication
- Oversee inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness
- Manage crew and quality food production
- Ensure exceptional customer service, safety and security
- Handle scheduling and training
