Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have previous leadership experience preferably in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment
  • Ability to work flexibly according to schedule demands
  • Capable of managing multiple responsibilities during fast-paced shifts
  • Commitment to customer service excellence
  • Understanding of food safety and internal communication
  • Ability to manage inventory and training

Job Qualifications

  • Previous leadership experience preferred
  • Experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality environments preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great quality, service and cleanliness to customers
  • Plan each shift and monitor performance during the shift
  • Take action to ensure the team is meeting McDonald's standards
  • Monitor safety, security, and profitability
  • Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for the upcoming shift
  • Manage food safety and internal communication
  • Oversee inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness
  • Manage crew and quality food production
  • Ensure exceptional customer service, safety and security
  • Handle scheduling and training
